Welcome to Marvin’s More Than! By using our website, buying our products, or
interacting with anything we create, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Don’t
worry—we keep things simple.

When you access or use our website, you’re agreeing to follow these Terms. If you don’t
agree… well, that’s okay, but you won’t be able to use the site.
2. Who We Are
Marvin’s More Than is a small-batch condiment company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma,
crafting bold, premium products with a whole lot of flavor and even more heart.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use our site or buy our products. If you’re younger,
go get an adult—they can click the buttons for you.
4. Product Information
We work hard to keep product descriptions accurate and up to date. But occasionally,
typos, ingredient changes, or other little gremlins sneak in. We reserve the right to
update product info at any time.
5. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that:
All information you provide is accurate
You’re authorized to use the payment method
You won’t use stolen cards, crypto from a secret lair, or anything sketchy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if something looks suspicious or
unavailable.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within Oklahoma only, thanks to Cottage Food Laws. Delivery times
are estimates, not guarantees—because even the best sauce can’t control the postal
system.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. (You know the drill: food items = no
returns, but we’ll fix real issues.)
8. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site—logos, designs, product names, images, and text—belongs to
Marvin’s More Than.
You can’t copy, sell, distribute, remix, or pass it off as your own without permission.
9. Your Responsibilities
When using our site, you agree not to:
Break any laws
Try to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer anything
Use our content without permission
Post anything hateful, illegal, or just plain gross
10. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to provide great products and a smooth experience, but we’re not liable
for:
Damages from misuse
Third-party issues like shipping delays
Your cousin saying your hot sauce is “too spicy”
You use our site and products at your own discretion
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll adjust the “Last Updated”
date. Continued use of the site means you accept the new Terms.
