Sauces & Condiments (Food Products)

We only ship sauces, condiments, and all edible products to addresses within the state of Oklahoma.

Orders containing food items cannot be shipped outside the state of Oklahoma under any circumstances, including to U.S. territories or internationally.

Any checkout attempt with a non-Oklahoma shipping address for food products will not be processed and may result in order cancellation.
Apparel & Merchandise (Non-Food Products)

Apparel and non-food merchandise ship worldwide, including international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, import fees, or customs delays.
3. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address.

Lost packages due to address errors

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request an address correction.
7. Warm-Weather Shipping for Sauces/Condiments
To protect product quality during hot Oklahoma months:

We may pack sauces with insulation or cooling materials when necessary.

We reserve the right to delay food shipments due to extreme temperatures to prevent spoilage.
8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

International orders may show limited tracking once they leave the United States.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We work hard to ensure your products arrive safely.
Damaged Items

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the damage and packaging are required for claim filing.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or misdelivery.

For lost-in-transit packages, we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
