We Came To Sell Sauce. We Left With A World Record.

Sometimes you sign up for an event.
Sometimes you accidentally become part of history.
On May 30th, Marvin's More Than had the opportunity to be part of Tulsa's Route 66
Capital Cruise, a celebration of the 100th anniversary of Route 66 and an attempt to
break the Guinness World Record for the largest classic car parade ever.
The goal was ambitious.
The previous record stood at 2,491 classic cars.
Tulsa didn't just break it.
Tulsa absolutely smashed it.
When the final count was announced, an incredible 3,596 classic cars had
successfully completed the parade route, setting a brand-new Guinness World
Record and putting Tulsa in the history books.
And we got to witness it firsthand.
Throughout the day, thousands of people lined Route 66 as classic cars rolled
through town. Everywhere you looked there was chrome, polished paint, rumbling
engines, and generations of families sharing stories about the vehicles passing by.
It felt less like an event and more like a celebration of everything that makes Route
66 special.
One minute you'd see a perfectly restored muscle car.
The next minute you'd see a family treasure that's been passed down through
generations.
And then another.
And another.
And another.
What really stood out wasn't just the cars — it was the people.
Folks traveled from all over to be part of the celebration. Car enthusiasts, families,
tourists, local businesses, and proud Tulsans all came together to celebrate a piece of
American history while creating a new chapter of it. Drivers from 42 states, Canada,
and France participated in the record-breaking parade.
As a local Oklahoma business, we're grateful we had the chance to be there.
Events like this remind us why we love getting out into the community. Every market,
festival, and event gives us the opportunity to meet incredible people, hear their
stories, and be part of moments that are bigger than ourselves.
This one just happened to come with a Guinness World Record attached.
To everyone who stopped by our booth, sampled some sauce, picked up a bottle,
shared a laugh, or simply said hello — thank you.

And to Tulsa:
Congratulations on making history. We'll be able to say we were there when 3,596 classic cars rolled down Route 66 and the city showed the world exactly why the Mother Road still matters.
